The University by the law that enacted it is a non-residential University. However, the University have few Hostels for both male and female namely;

1. School Hostel within the campus, for male only
2. Ajasin Hostel within the campus, for female only
3. Ifaki campus Hostel for both male and female.

The general administration of the hostels is vested in the Directorate. The office determines the modalities for allocation of bed spaces and ensures the application of the rules and regulations guiding hostel accommodation. Maintenance of the hostels is handled by the University Authorities through the Directorate of Students’ Affairs.
